Justices Reject Coca-Cola Worker's ADA Suit Over Psych Test

Law360, New York (November 18, 2013, 5:45 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday refused to hear a Coca-Cola Co. employee's appeal of a ruling nixing his Americans with Disabilities Act suit despite a finding that employees who sue under the law's ban on nonjob-related medical evaluations need not be disabled.

Coca-Cola employee Franklin Owusu-Ansah had asked the high court to review the Eleventh Circuit's May ruling tossing his ADA claim over a company-ordered psychological evaluation.
