NY County Approves Tax Deal For Hospitality Co.'s New HQ

Law360, New York (November 18, 2013, 2:20 PM ET) -- Hospitality firm Delaware North Companies Inc. on Monday scored a key nod from a New York county agency for certain state tax incentives that paves the way for the company's proposed new headquarters in upstate New York.

In a unanimous vote, the Erie County Industrial Development Agency approved a sales tax incentive request that Delaware North had asked for in order to move forward with the development of a new office base, according to Mark Poloncarz, the Erie County Executive.
