Fed. Circ. Revives Apple Bid To Block Samsung Phone Sales

Law360, Washington (November 18, 2013, 6:07 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit on Monday revived Apple Inc.'s bid to block Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. from selling certain smartphones in the U.S. following a jury finding it had infringed on Apple's patents, ruling a district court had applied an unfair standard to Apple's injunction claims.
