Law360, New York (November 19, 2013, 5:12 PM EST) -- New York-based banking giant JPMorgan Chase & Co. is nearing a deal that would send roughly $4 billion in private equity stakes to an investor group in line with a plan to split away from its buyout branch, according to a Tuesday report from Bloomberg.
