Pa. High Court Nixes Appeal In Dow Chemical Spill Suit

Law360, Philadelphia (November 19, 2013, 7:23 PM ET) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Monday said it would not hear an appeal of a decision reviving a toxic tort suit accusing a group of defendants, including Dow Chemical Co., of manufacturing chemicals that left a Lancaster County man with permanent neurological injuries following a 2003 spill.
