Pa. Approves Bill Letting Bars Profit From Gambling

Law360, New York (November 19, 2013, 4:53 PM EST) -- Pennsylvania lawmakers on Monday approved a bill that that would allow bars to profit from gambling activities, known as small games of chance, in a move that would expand legal gambling in the state and bring millions of dollars into state coffers.
