Ill. Condo Owners Lose To Block $1B Wolf Point Project

Law360, New York (November 19, 2013, 7:44 PM ET) -- An Illinois federal judge on Tuesday dismissed a lawsuit seeking to block the $1 billion Wolf Point mixed-use project planned along the Chicago River, finding that the plaintiffs failed to establish a constitutionally protected property interest in the riverside project.
