Kasowitz Renews Paramount Plaza Lease, With Renovation

Law360, New York (November 20, 2013, 5:06 PM EST) -- Kasowitz Benson Torres & Friedman LLP has renewed its lease at Paramount Plaza for the next 20 years, after making a deal to renovate floors 19 through 23 to have better infrastructure, the law firm announced Wednesday.

The building, owned by The Paramount Group, is 43 years old and has a roster of tenants that includes Alliaz Global Investors, Deloitte LLP and Dickstein Shapiro LLP. The renovation will be gradual, floor by floor, according to the law firm. The firm has hired TPG Architecture to design...
