Failed Vegas Resort Execs Say Trustee's $3B Suit Won't Fly

Law360, Miami (November 21, 2013, 8:53 PM ET) -- Former executives of the failed $2.9 billion Fontainebleau Las Vegas resort and casino project asked a Florida bankruptcy judge on Thursday to dismiss the Chapter 7 trustee's $3 billion suit against them, saying the trustee had failed to properly allege improper behavior.
