VirnetX Patents In Apple Case Again Targeted In AIA Reivew

Law360, New York (November 21, 2013, 7:22 PM EST) -- Patent aggregation firm RPX Corp. on Wednesday filed petitions seeking inter partes review of network security patents owned by VirnetX Inc. that Apple Inc. has been found to infringe, days after another company dropped similar petitions that VirnetX claimed were part of a "shakedown."
