American Airlines Workers Urge Judge To Approve DOJ Deal

Law360, Los Angeles (November 21, 2013, 6:11 PM ET) -- Unions representing employees of bankrupt American Airlines on Thursday urged a New York bankruptcy judge to approve a settlement agreement that would end the U.S. Department of Justice's challenge to the airline's merger with US Airways Group Inc., saying the deal is fair and would pave the way for American's resurgence.
