Utah AG Ends Brief, Scandal-Plagued Tenure

Law360, New York (November 22, 2013, 12:39 PM EST) -- Utah Attorney General John Swallow resigned on Thursday amid investigations into a host of bribery and ethical misconduct allegations, forcefully denying the accusations that have derailed his yearlong tenure as Utah's top prosecutor.
