Judge Reinstates Ousted Philly Inquirer Editor

Law360, Philadelphia (November 22, 2013, 6:56 PM EST) -- A Pennsylvania state judge on Friday ordered that ousted Philadelphia Inquirer Editor-in-Chief Bill Marimow be reinstated after finding that his firing in October violated an agreement that gave power over day-to-day business operations to a two-man management committee made up of two owners of the paper’s parent company.
