Pa. Reps. Seek To Clarify, Strengthen State's Equal-Pay Law

Law360, Philadelphia (November 25, 2013, 5:35 PM EST) -- Democratic legislators from both sides of Pennsylvania said Monday they plan to introduce legislation in the state House of Representatives in the coming months aimed at strengthening the state’s equal pay law and increasing protections for workers who bring discrimination complaints against their employers.
