EU Justice Commissioner Urges US On Data Reform

Law360, New York (November 27, 2013, 1:18 PM ET) -- Following a meeting with a group of U.S. politicians, the European Union’s justice and rights commissioner said Tuesday she expects the U.S. to follow up on its recent political commitment to give EU citizens enforceable rights when their personal data is misused.
