AGs Urge High Court To Back Abortion Clinic Buffer Zones

Law360, New York (November 27, 2013, 1:56 PM EST) -- New York’s top prosecutor recently joined 13 other attorneys general in urging the U.S. Supreme Court to uphold a Massachusetts law allowing a 35-foot “buffer zone” around abortion clinics, arguing that the statute is not an unreasonable limitation on free speech.
