Florida Gaming, Silvermark Resume Miami Jai-Alai Sale Talks

Law360, New York (November 26, 2013, 7:47 PM EST) -- Florida Gaming Centers Inc., the bankrupt owner of Casino Miami Jai Alai, has resumed negotiations with casino operator Silvermark LLC, this time on a $129 million stalking-horse bid for a March auction of its assets, according to a motion filed Monday in Florida bankruptcy court.
