NY GOP Group Makes Deal On Anti-Graft Subpoenas

Law360, New York (November 27, 2013, 4:51 PM ET) -- Gov. Andrew Cuomo on Wednesday hailed a move by a New York Senate Republican committee to comply with an anti-corruption panel's subpoenas while a lawyer for the party noted the accord was reached after some of the Moreland Commission's demands were withdrawn.

The deal between the state's Senate Republican Campaign Committee marked something of a thaw between the panel and lawmakers being asked for many details about their outside incomes, including legal clients.
