DNA Testing Co. Responds To FDA's Demand, Defends Product

Law360, Los Angeles (November 27, 2013, 6:07 PM EST) -- The wife of Google Inc. co-founder Sergey Brin responded Tuesday to a letter from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration that ordered her firm to halt sales of genetic tests, acknowledging the company has been behind schedule on its responses to the regulator, but standing by the tests' veracity.
