Pa. AG Details Prez's Perjury In Penn State Cover-Up Case

Law360, Philadelphia (December 2, 2013, 1:45 PM EST) -- Pennsylvania prosecutors on Wednesday noted 18 instances where former Pennsylvania State University President Graham Spanier allegedly lied to a grand jury that was investigating sexual abuse committed by former assistant football assistant coach Jerry Sandusky.

The state Attorney General’s Office was responding to a September motion by Spanier — who faces charges of perjury, conspiracy, obstruction of justice and endangering the welfare of children -- for a bill of particulars detailing his alleged offenses.
