Genesco Unit Agrees To Settle Pa. Overtime Class Action

Law360, Philadelphia (December 02, 2013, 3:20 PM ET) -- A worker who says that a subsidiary of Genesco Inc. failed to pay him proper overtime rates in accordance with the Pennsylvania Minimum Wage Act recently asked a state judge to sign off on a $500,000 settlement aimed at ending class claims from nearly 200 other employees.
