Defunct Tech Co. Wants Suit Against Southern Union Revived

Law360, Houston (December 02, 2013, 9:22 PM ET) -- The trustee for a bankrupt telecommunications equipment provider told a Texas appeals court Wednesday that Southern Union Co., a unit of Energy Transfer Partners LP that had invested in the telecom company, blocked a $7 million private equity sale and should be held accountable for the company’s failure.
