Mass. Sues Tribe Over Martha's Vineyard Gambling Plan

Law360, New York (December 02, 2013, 7:15 PM ET) -- The state of Massachusetts on Monday filed a lawsuit in state court against a Native American tribe pursuing a gambling project in Martha's Vineyard, over the alleged violation of a decades-old settlement agreement between the two governments.
