Ex-Gov't Contractor Sales Rep Pleads Guilty In $33M Fraud

Law360, Wilmington (December 3, 2013, 8:09 PM EST) -- A former outside sales representative for two service-disabled veteran-owned small business government contractors pled guilty in Virginia federal court on Monday to playing a role in a conspiracy to fraudulently procure more than $30 million in federal contracts, according to authorities.

Anthony R. Bilby, 40, of Leesburg, Va., pled guilty to a single count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and major government fraud, according to the U.S. attorney's office.
