SBA Puts Up $645M For More Brazilian Telecom Towers

Law360, New York (December 4, 2013, 11:44 AM EST) -- SBA Communications Corp. said Wednesday it will pay $645 million for more than 2,000 wireless towers in Brazil, a country that has drawn a surge of buyer interest as it prepares to play host to the 2014 World Cup and 2016 Olympic Games.
