Mo. Panels Greenlight Boeing Tax Incentive Plan

Law360, New York (December 4, 2013, 4:26 PM EST) -- Committees in the Missouri House and Senate on Tuesday approved legislation that would give Boeing Co. up to $150 million annually in tax incentives if it produces its next-generation 777X airliner in the state, which is a key goal for Gov. Jay Nixon.
