Navy Contractor Gets 3 Years For $10M Kickback Scheme

Law360, New York (December 4, 2013, 6:40 PM ET) -- The founder of technology services company Advanced Solutions for Tomorrow Inc. on Wednesday was sentenced to three years in prison and ordered to pay nearly $18 million in restitution to the U.S. Navy for his participation in a 15-year, $10 million kickback and bribery scheme.
