Law Firms Eye Upgrades To Client Service Tech In New Year

Law360, New York (December 5, 2013, 5:58 PM EST) -- Law firms are set to gear up their customer relationship muscle with more investments in upgrades in aging technology systems aimed at tracking and improving client services, according to a survey released Thursday.

A recent survey of firm marketing and business development pros found 63 percent saying their firms will fund additional CRM investments in the next 12 months, according to data compiled by LexisNexis.
