OSHA Launches Online System For Whistleblower Complaints

Law360, Los Angeles (December 5, 2013, 8:35 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration on Thursday said the agency is launching an online complaints system.

Whistleblowers looking to lodge complaints over workplace rights can now do so on OSHA’s website with an online form, the group said in a statement on Thursday. The online form gives workers an easily accessible way to file whistleblower complaints without fear of retaliation, OSHA said.
