Ohio Accountant Gets 3 Years For $9M Tax Fraud Scheme

Law360, New York (December 06, 2013, 7:16 PM ET) -- An Ohio accountant was sentenced to more than three years in prison Friday for his role in filing fraudulent income tax refunds totaling more than $8.8 million and using the money to convince others to invest in a real estate venture.
