5 Key Provisions In The Innovation Act

Law360, New York (December 6, 2013, 5:02 PM EST) -- On Dec. 5, the U.S. House of Representatives passed the Innovation Act (H.R. 3309), the latest patent reform legislation introduced by Rep. Robert W. Goodlatte, R-Va. The bill comes two years after passage of the America Invents Act that produced the first major reform to U.S. patent law in over 50 years.
