Quinn Emanuel Escapes DQ In Swaps Rigging Suits

Law360, New York (December 09, 2013, 6:33 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge at a hearing Thursday denied a bid by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association Inc. to disqualify Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP from serving as lead counsel in multidistrict litigation over credit default swap, or CDS, market rigging, saying there was no conflict of interest.
