Covington Hires Leading White House Enviro Attorney

Law360, New York (December 10, 2013, 5:22 PM EST) -- A top White House environmental policy aide and former U.S. Environmental Protection Agency general counsel is heading into private practice, joining Covington & Burling LLP’s Washington, D.C., office as an expert on environmental, energy and public policy issues, the firm announced Monday.
