Biofuel Industry Wants Congress To Extend Tax Breaks

Law360, New York (December 09, 2013, 5:57 PM ET) -- The advanced biofuel industry urged Congress' top tax writers to extend tax breaks scheduled to expire at year's end, saying Monday that special deductions, tax credits and depreciation rules are needed to keep the industry economically competitive.
