TPP Ministers Say No Deal This Year

Law360, New York (December 10, 2013, 1:34 PM EST) -- Trade ministers for the 12 countries negotiating the Trans-Pacific Partnership emerged from four days of meetings in Singapore on Tuesday reporting “substantial progress” in the talks, but signaled they wouldn't be able to strike a deal before the end of the year.
