Hard Rock Severs Mexican Franchise Ties After Legal Win

Law360, New York (December 10, 2013, 2:19 PM ET) -- After several years of court battles, Hard Rock International has won an arbitration award in Mexico under the International Chamber of Commerce that has allowed it to terminate a tumultuous relationship with franchisee Operadora DB Mexico S.A. de CV, the company announced late Monday.
