Aetna Misled Investors On Political Donations, Suit Says

Law360, Los Angeles (December 10, 2013, 6:28 PM ET) -- A shareholder sued health care giant Aetna Inc. and its top executives in New York federal court Tuesday, accusing the defendants of sending out false and misleading proxy statements to shareholders, including information about the company’s political activities.
