When And Where To File A Proof Of Claim

Law360, New York (December 11, 2013, 4:06 PM ET) -- Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 5005 governs where a proof of claim should be filed. Electronic filing is permitted in many districts, but one must look to the local rules for the district in which the bankruptcy petition was filed.
