NY Eyes Regs For 20% Of Commercial Cases To Be Mediated

Law360, New York (December 11, 2013, 1:37 PM EST) -- Legal experts continued the push Wednesday for new rules to streamline New York's heavily burdened commercial courts, proposing a "fairly conservative" mandatory mediation pilot program that would subject one in every five cases to the "underutilized" form of dispute resolution.
