SEC Probes Drug Trial Firm Accused Of Recklessness

Law360, New York (January 11, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- The problems facing drug-testing firm SFBC International expanded this week when the Securities and Exchange Commission issued an informal request for documents related to two executives who recently left the company.

The SEC’s requests relate to duties and compensation for former SFBC chairwoman Dr. Lisa Krinsky and former vice president of legal affairs Gerald ''Jerry'' Seifer. SFBC’s independent legal counsel said it plans to cooperate fully with requests.
