Convicted Pa. Atty's Inadequate Counsel Claim Falls Short

Law360, Philadelphia (December 12, 2013, 2:49 PM EST) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Monday rejected arguments that defense counsel had inadequately represented an attorney found guilty in 2008 on a dozen counts of wire fraud for bilking a client out of $225,000 he had maintained for her in a trust account.
