Conspirators In $3M Fastener's Theft Can't Duck Fraud Suit

Law360, New York (December 12, 2013, 6:37 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge Thursday refused to dismiss claims against two co-conspirators who were accused of conspiracy to commit fraud in relation to the alleged theft of nearly $3 million from the employee benefit plan of military aircraft parts maker Fastener Dimensions Inc.
