Caesars Sues Mass. Gaming Head Over Conflicts Of Interest

LLC is accusing the state's top gaming regulator of having conflicts of interest that forced it to pull out of a $1 billion casino-resort project in East Boston, according to a suit filed Wednesday in Massachusetts federal court.
