Law360, New York (December 13, 2013, 7:58 PM EST) -- Lexington Insurance Co. on Thursday argued that it has no obligation under a primary policy to defend two United Healthcare Services Inc. units facing a $500 million damages verdict and underlying class action litigation over a hepatitis C outbreak, because it deposited the $2 million liability limit with the court.
