Tyco Seeks Import Ban On Electronic Surveillance Tags

Law360, New York (December 13, 2013, 12:31 PM EST) -- Swiss security corporation Tyco Fire & Security GmbH on Wednesday filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission seeking to ban the importation of electronic tags used in retail store security systems that it claims infringe a pair of its patents.
