US, China To Convene Bilateral Trade Summit In Beijing

Law360, New York (December 13, 2013, 1:42 PM EST) -- Top officials from the U.S. and China will convene in Beijing next week for an annual bilateral summit aimed at addressing trade and investment issues and promoting commercial opportunities between the two partners, administration officials announced Friday.

U.S. Trade Representative Michael Froman and Commerce Secretary Penny Pritzker will co-chair the U.S. side of the Joint Commission on Commerce and Trade taking place Dec. 19-20 and will also be joined by Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack. The Chinese side will be led by Vice Premier Wang Yang....
