Congressional Techies Ask USTR To Defend Free Data Flows

Law360, New York (December 16, 2013, 1:14 PM EST) -- Members of the Congressional High Tech Caucus on Friday urged the U.S. trade representative to defend cross-border data flows as officials from the European Union, Brazil and Canada have recently called for restrictions in light of U.S. intelligence policy revelations.
