Key Creditors Back Dura's Reorganization Plan

Law360, New York (March 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Bankrupt auto parts maker Dura Automotive Systems is one step closer to emerging from Chapter 11 protection after filing a revised reorganization plan that has won the support of several key creditor groups.

In a filing made on March 7 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, Dura submitted a revised plan supported by both the official committee of unsecured creditors and the ad hoc committee of certain second lienholders.
