BCI Aircraft Exec Gets 20 Months For $31M Scheme

Law360, Chicago (December 16, 2013, 3:27 PM ET) -- The CEO of BCI Aircraft Leasing Inc. was sentenced to 20 months in prison Monday for paying a bribe and running a fraud scheme that the government said raked in more than $31 million from lenders and investors, winning a significantly lighter sentence than prosecutors had sought.
