AT&T Exits Conn. Landline Business In $2B Deal

Law360, New York (December 17, 2013, 11:45 AM EST) -- AT&T Inc. will sell two Connecticut-based landline and high-speed Internet companies to Frontier Communications Corp. for $2 billion, as the global communications giant focuses on its transition into a wireless and cloud network, AT&T said Tuesday.
